"Decent size, but a bit bulky"
It fits okay and the size is generally good, but it’s not the easiest thing to carry around. It feels a little bulky when you’re actually using it day to day. I’d rather they just acknowledge that instead of giving one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” responses.

"Found What I Needed, But Checkout Was a Bit Clunky"
I mean, I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that was good. But, like, the pages were loading slowly for me, checking out on my phone felt a little confusing. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of frustrating in the moment.

"Nicer paper than I expected"
Opened it up and yeah... the paper is really nice. Thicker than I thought it would be. Smooth too. Just feels a bit more premium than expected

"A Bit of a Wait, But Part of the Experience"
I was excited when I placed my order and thought it would show up a little sooner. Each day I kept checking for updates, thinking, “Maybe today’s the day.” It did end up taking longer than I expected, so that part was a little frustrating. Still, once it finally arrived, I was glad to have it in hand.

"Nice notebook, but gel pens can be tricky"
I really like how this notebook feels — the paper and cover both have a nice quality to them. That said, the ink performance has been a little hit or miss. Some pens dry just fine, but others smudge more than I expected — especially gel pens. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just kind of annoying if you use those a lot like I do.

The design feels plain, and some of the pages look a bit cluttered. It’s not terrible or anything, but it could definitely use a cleaner layout and a little more polish.

"Really easy planner to stick with"
I’ve been using this planner every day and really like the layout. It’s clean without feeling empty, and I can see my whole week at a glance while still having room for little notes. I kind of get the feeling someone who actually uses planners helped design it, because it just makes sense. No complaints so far.

"Wish there were more color options"
I was a little let down by the color choices. A lot of the items I liked were only available in really plain shades or those muted colors that just didn’t feel like me, and of course the nicer-looking ones were already out of stock.
I kept second-guessing myself because I wanted to feel sure I was picking something I’d actually be happy with, but there just wasn’t enough variety to make me feel confident about buying. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

I ordered from karstgoods and while the item itself was okay, the packaging wasn’t great. The box arrived dented and there wasn’t much protection inside, so a couple of the corners ended up with marks. For what I paid, I expected a bit more care. Once I’d already paid, I kind of got that uneasy feeling like they weren’t as careful with the order as they should’ve been. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it did make the whole experience feel a bit careless. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they pack things.

"Looks good, but not for me"
I’ll admit, it does look nice, and I liked how it looked at first. But for my own day-to-day use, it just isn’t very practical. I wanted something that would make my life easier, and this felt more like something to look at than something I’d actually rely on

I had to reach out to support about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I expected. They were polite, but at first it kind of felt like they were brushing off what I was asking instead of actually helping. It did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I definitely felt a bit dismissed along the way. Could be better

"Smooth pages, just a little pricey"
I picked up a Karst notebook for journaling and jotting down quick work notes, and I assumed right away it’d just be another nice-looking notebook. But the pages actually feel super smooth, and my pen glides over them with no scratchy feeling at all. I’m giving it 4 stars because the price feels a bit high to me, and I kind of expected shipping to be faster. Still, I’m happy with it overall and I’ll definitely keep using it.

"Happy with the order, a little confused by the updates"
I was relieved when my order showed up with all the right items and colors. No mix-ups at all, which made me happy because I’ve had that happen before and it’s so frustrating. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the tracking/updates, they could’ve been clearer, and I found myself feeling a little unsure while waiting. But once everything arrived correctly, I felt much better overall.

"Nice idea, but I’m still kinda unsure"
I do like that Karst uses stone paper and is trying to be more sustainable. The notebook itself feels nice to use, too. That said, the shipping packaging felt like kinda a lot, and I wish there was clearer info on how to recycle it. Overall, it’s a good concept, I’m just not fully convinced yet

"Really nice personal touch"
I added my initials and was really happy with how it came out. It looked even better than I expected and made it feel a bit more special. I’d definitely say it’s worth considering if you like a custom touch.
